You decide which products you wish to purchase from our product catalogues or shop online. Then phone, fax or email us your order and you will receive confirmation of your selection and order costs including delivery in return (applicable to email orders only). Our aim is to deliver to most parts of Cheshire, South Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside. The minimum order is £15.00 plus £3.50 delivery, however there is only one delivery charge with orders for more than one person (multi orders) to one single address (for example, place of work).
Delivery Days
Please note that because all of our home delivery service is hand packed we only deliver on fixed days. If you order with us regularly, your order should arrive at approximately the same time every week.
If you are not going to be in when we are due to deliver then please tell us where to put your order, for example at the back of the house or in the porch, and we shall cover it with a waterproof covering if required.
Your order will be delivered in plastic and polystyrene boxes, which will include ice packs. Please return them all to us when we next deliver to you so we can re-use or recycle them. This helps to reduce our costs and it helps to protect the environment.

If products are unavailable when we are packing your order we will substitute with a similar product unless you state otherwise. If you do not require a substitute product please make this clear whilst you are ordering. If you have any other queries regarding our service, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the issue straightaway. Customer feedback, both positive and negative is vital to improve our service.
