Where are they from?
What’s their story?
Carole knows her cheese! She’s been making, sourcing and nurturing speciality cheeses for the last 64 years. Working with only small-scale, high-welfare farms she offers over 80 different varieties for your enjoyment!
The cheeses come directly from more than 50 farms around the country (and beyond!), but are matured by Carole in her cheese cellar in the heart of Chester. They are kept at 6°C and Carole takes great care to turn them every other day so that the moisture is evenly distributed.
