Where are they from?
What’s their story?
Established in 1907 by John William Ward, The Cheshire Smokehouse is still in the hands of the same family. John learnt his craft of 'smoking' in Canada and the skills of the trade have been passed down to the current owner Darren Ward - his great grandson!
We are thrilled to offer the finest smoked meat, fish and poultry in the North West - all cured in the Cheshire smoke stoves and perfected over generations.
If that wasn’t enough, you can also try the Smokehouse's artisan breads - freshly baked using Cheshire milled flour. And don’t forget to add a taste of the Mediterranean to your basket - their homemade hummus and pate are not to be missed.
